Quartz District is envisioned as a multi-use development to include office, retail and residential uses. The commercial uses are envisioned as a walkable neighborhood center for all of the surrounding residential, and its urban, pedestrian-oriented character will distinguish it from nearby suburban shopping centers. A focus on experiential retail and placemaking will create a lively hub within the overall neighborhood.
The 145 acre site is currently undeveloped land at the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Minnieville Road.
Groundbreaking! We are scheduled to break ground in November 2024 with the initial site work for onsite infrastructure.

Distinct urban amenities and architectural character offer a unique and memorable experience. Pedestrian sidewalks encourage discovery, social interaction, and a sense of community.
Public spaces are inviting and approachable, and support a lively mix of retail offerings and public events. Placemaking elements appeal to visitors of all ages, and promote activity and exploration.
A focus on experiential retail and placemaking will provide a new retail experience within the submarket.
A strong and cohesive public art program will help forge emotional connections to a site and aid visitors in wayfinding and meetups.
Transportation design improvements to address the existing Minnieville & Prince William Parkway intersection that is currently operating below acceptable standards.
Office located within the commercial core will benefit from the open space and retail amenities providing employers a unique setting to attract and retain talent.
A mix of residential product types designed with a focus on pedestrian connectivity and open space.
A portion of the property will be dedicated to Prince William County for public use.
